Customer Trail is operated by Windy Road Technology Pty Limited. This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or cookies. Forms on this site send information only to Windy Road-controlled systems when they are available.

Information you send

If you buy a brief, Windy Road records payment status plus the product, target customer, and research question you provide. Windy Road uses that information to assess the request, prepare the brief, reply about the brief, and keep the minimum records needed to run the service and honour an opt-out.

Public research

Briefs use public professional and community sources. We link material evidence, avoid unnecessary personal information, and distinguish source facts from our interpretation.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell contact information. Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate Windy Road's checkout, intake, email, storage, and accounting. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not collected by this website. We retain working records only while needed for the service, legal obligations, dispute handling, or an opt-out record.

Your choices

You can withdraw consent, ask a privacy question, or request access or correction through Customer Trail contact. An unsubscribe request stops further marketing contact.
